Anonymous More than 1 year ago This book reads more like non-fiction than a novel. Civil war details seem accurate, but dialects aren't well handled and the story line is confusing at times.

The story ends, leaving some characters - one a main protagonist - unresolved. Helpful work in the sense that it deals with Florida during the Civil War, an overlooked aspect - as its author asserts.
